What do you think would happen to say... an auto mechanic,
who under a similar asset seizure action from the government,
gets caught trying sneak his Snap On Tool collection out the
back door to his friends, or family?

Do you think that schmuck would still be out on bail?

You might be surprised. I was on the wrong end of a business bankruptcy, once...

The guy (new owner of a very reputable business) took deposits for large projects and never delivered. Stole his employees retirement funds, removed all his manufacturing equipment (and declared it stolen).

It was blatant fraud and theft. The bankruptcy judge shielded his every move. The judge seemed less than pleased with me for showing how this was fraud, not poor business....he did not want to hear what I had to say.

The dude now lives, and is back in business, in Mexico. Where amazingly...all his manufacturing equipment showed up.

If you have the balls to go big, the system will protect you.

That was quite a lesson in the reality of American justice.

This reminds me of Eliot Spitzer who was asked by tens of thousands (yes) of silver investors to investigate the naked short selling of silver on the Comex in order to keep silver prices down. The CFTC is a very evasive organization that writes good propaganda replies but they have still not looked too closely at the problem.

This is why I applaud anyone (like Hommel, Butler, Morgan, Puplava and just about everybody in this sector) who is trying to cause the Comex to default

What would you have us do!! ...?

"they can keep Madoff's chump change swindle in the headlines,
maybe, just maybe... you'll stop paying attention to the wizzard
behind the curtain who's stealing trillions, not billions."

You honestly think the Mom and Pop's of this country have much of a say? Please...

Ignorance is bliss especially when the truth can't set you free.
