Yes, I am having a hard time getting behind him. Illinois deserves better.

He's not bad... just boring. I feel sorry for him. The whole situation is pathetic and here is this desperate guy chasing this thing at 72 years old. No dignity.

I know. And he seems flummoxed that people are upset.

But I have to tell you this whole episode puts Illinois in a whole different light for me. I mean....how the hell do you vote into power an idiot like Blago? The man is not only a sociopath but I am starting to believe the stories that he's a nutcase as well.

Black folks i know are embarrassed by his behaviour. For me as someone who doesnt know burris at all, he comes across as the class uncle tom working on Blagos plantation. I know that sounds harsh but that was my first impression. Can you imagine post-racial obama being replaced by uncle tom burris???
