Any war waged near an election is going to be looked upon suspiciously.

I for one would not like to "tolerate" rockets falling indiscriminately in my neighborhood. Yes, I realize that Israelis are used to living like that, but that also means we shouldn't judge them too harshly, ESPECIALLY if we want to "wash our hands."
