Thanks J., I appreciate your getting back on this matter. I believe that RIDE's requesting a dismissal of the case is a formality. From what I read in the complaint, the allegations and documentation, there is no way the judge will toss it out. The best case scenario would then, I believe, be that RIDE spares itself the expense of a long, costly litigation and settles out of court. I believe I read somewhere that they have insurance coverage for this sort of thing. And with regard to Madison and the others, they alledgedily made several million bucks when they sold their stock before it all hit the fan. In any case, it will all settle out sooner or later.
