I will quit. But to go overboard in my self evaluation and flog myself for slips is counterproductive. What I can't do is fall off the wagon in total. I will get there but I wont if I adopt a black or white (all of nothing)posture I will undermine my efforts. I've come light years from where I was and I will kill the beast. So we'll have to agree to disagree on the level of self imposed judgement That said - I know you're right about ZERO tolerance and I know you have my best interests in mind and I thank you for that
