Yeah, I did get a bit too "helpful". Thanks for the friendly reminder.

It boils down to one thing. A person quits smoking when they really make up their mind to do it. For some it involves external inputs but for many it is a purely internal issue. I have confidence that you have the power to quit and want you to succeed.
