Thanks for the info. Thinking about those non co-tenancy leases, say written in 05 or 06 at the height of the boom, what would you say would be the average term? I don't have a clue but if they were for 5 years, would you say that's a big time bomb ticking for the malls as tenants will not renew with a big sigh of relief..
