Anybody else concerned with the debt? I haven't pulled the trigger on this one already for that very reason. If an acquisition strategy is in play, when cash is not available you must borrow or issue additional shares and dilute yourself to death. I guess I'm hesitatant because I been blistered badly before on small companies taking on debt in an effort to grow through acquistions. If you make a bad purchase and take on debt to do it, yikes! Any thoughts everybody?
