They say the big line of credit is necessary in this business to finance operations.
As far as the acquisitions I'm not sure how they were financed (see the sec reports) but from the sound of managements' declarations they're attempting to make them accretive.

hesitatant because I been blistered badly before on small companies taking on debt in
an effort to grow through acquistions. If you make a bad purchase and take on debt to
do it, yikes! Any thoughts everybody?<<

It all comes down to whether they are getting a greater return on the debt than they are paying in interest.
