Yep, the life loving, peace making Israelis used depleted uranium in the Lebanon war. Oh yes, not to forget the cluster bombs that the Israelis drop before they retreat. However, they do not target civilian and most definitely do not target children. Oops, somebody forgot to tell the Israelis that children play where they drop the cluster-bombs

Didn't you know that the Israelis invented what they call 'pico nukes', which while not blowing up irradiate their victims to death???

"Huh? What's that all about?"

DU is used in armor piercing munitions. Because it is denser, i.e. heavier per unit volume, it means the munition packs a bigger punch.

Given the general lack of armor in Hamas, I guess the Israelis are using those munitions against structures. Now, on impact, there will be a certain amount of the munition that gets vaporized, and that is how the Gaza residents are ingesting it.

Same thing happened to our troops during Gulf War I.
