Given the general lack of armor in Hamas, I guess the Israelis are using those munitions against structures. Now, on impact, there will be a certain amount of the munition that gets vaporized, and that is how the Gaza residents are ingesting it.

Can that result in the kind of tumors and radiation sickness that normally occur with exposure to radioactive materials?
