I really think someone needs to determine the crime they can most easily be convicted of, prosecute and convict them. As I previously pointed out, the problem is there has been no crime. You can't come up with one. Nobody on the Left can. Because there wasn't one. The best you can do is state your view that things which aren't crimes ought to be. Fortunately, we don't try and convict people for things Parsons thinks should be a crime but aren't.
