This thread started way too early.. The bubble (in both price and overbuilding) didn't start to become widespread until the first half of 2004 when Greenspan and company could have constrained the free market a bit before it got way out of control IMHO. .Question I have here is why are there now 200 posts a day compared to three years ago when it was only around 10 a day? I think I got it about right though on timing the crucial periods...I will never catch McMannis,
Patron and Les H in number of posts bit I gave it my best shot a while back and am now in seclusion on this topic for the most part..lol
