BTK index on the weekly - looks like an impulse up since 2002 to a (likely?) orthodox top in Oct 2007. What followed looks like a possible Flat, with Wave "C" down (since last summer) retracing 62% of the advance since 2002.

I'd have to say so far the darn thing refuses to look unhealthy.
