Better too early than too late. If you can get a 30 year loan on your house at 5%, it almost seems like a no brainer.

The only thing holding me back right now is greed not fear. I am waiting for one last big push by the government to lower rates and spur the housing market before they are forced to start raising rates to try to save the currency.
