Its a little too late I think for Swayze to be worried about his smoking.....the longest lasting post diagnosis survivior of pancreatic cancer is 18 months...but it is very rare for anyone to survive beyond 4-6 months....

This past weekend I was mentioning how S. Jobs and P. Swayze, the actor, both have some form of pancreatic cancer.

They are different forms of Pancreatic cancer, and Jobs' is a treatable form, not the death sentence that Swayze has.

in fact, he just got admitted to the hospital for pneumonia. Well I was reading this article last nite about Swayze and how he's terrified he will die from the disease. What I found interesting is that at the end of the article, it said he still smokes. Talk about the power of cigarettes....here's a guy terrified of dying, and yet, can't kick the habit.

Once you've gotten CA then no amount of quitting smoking is going to help, I don't think.
