My point is that America has been the victim of a bi partisan screwing. I made those comments because you seem to want to blame it all on Bush.

Who outsources jobs?

Seems to me that government does not tell companies how to outsource their labor or how to develop their product lines or how to market their product or...or.. or...

These are management and board room decisions. We buy their stock and their products and services and laud their business savy or can them.

Silicon Valley often leads the pack and made offshoring very efficient and possible.

Pointing the finger at government or a specific administration is misguided.
Each company and their management is solemly responsible for each and every job created or offshored.
