That's must be some frankenfood.

That was a mistake. I used it "dehydrated" for a second time by accident.

I have cut the milk/yogurt in half. Dropped weight on it for months, and don't want to get rid of it. A little bit makes a smoothie quite creamy. I just add more ice cubes to make up the volume.

Skim milk goes in the opposite direction, replaces fat with carbohydrates. The only milk I drink is whole milk.

Where did you get that idea?

Carb Content of Milk

Please Note: all carbohydrate values are approximate

Milk (serving size 1 cup) Carbs (g)
Milk, whole, 3.3 percent fat 11.3g
Milk, low fat, 2 percent fat 11.7g
Milk, low fat, 1 percent fat 11.6g
Milk, fat free/ skimmed 11.9g

My skim milk is 4% carb. Wheat is 76% carb.

we like Stonyfield Farms milk, both whole and low fat,

it is the only one that I have found to be certified organic
