You might consider using cream. An ounce of cream has no measurable sugar and I would expect it to provide you the same creaminess of texture, maybe more. Plus be more filling.

I use whole milk, either strawberries, raspberries or blueberries and a protein powder. I am trying this protein powder for the first time:

It is really good. It does not have a taste. It adds a little texture. Important thing is that my older daughter drinks it, and gets a bit extra protein this way. Otherwise, her diet is on protein.

On the negative side, it is very pricey.
