Putting all your money in one sector isn't good diversification either. Diversification is vastly overrated. Keep most of your money safe and then place some bets. Think about how far diversifying among bank stocks or even this sector would have got you, not very.

BTW, this is an imaginary portfolio. I doubt he is really going to invest $1 million according anonymous advice on the internet.
