Listened to some of his recent lectures on the web site, thanks. I think his search for historic analogies is quite interesting, and - at least so he claims - they allowed him to make several good calls. I'd like to listen to him more, I wish there would be more hours in the day.... :)

Don't know Flanigan, but I did read Precters, Surviving the Crash... Written for the last tech bubble. Little did he know that the Fed was going to blow up another one. Just move his timeframe 8 years forward. I do not follow Precter...
