I believe a lot of the southerners pardon by Johnson were fugitives, and of course, many of the Vietnam draft dodgers pardoned by Carter were definitely fugitives, including several good friends of mine. It's absolutely certain that if you examine all the pardons in detail, you'd find other to show Dave's assertions to be just his usual assertive asstalk. The fact that SO MANY of his absolutely positive assertions ARE asstalk, should cause ALL of Dave's assertions to be questioned closely.
