We have the same rule. There's 1 kid that just shouldn't be playing so it's really 4 on 5 with team 2. I wish my team was 9 guys deep. I also wish they'd allow us to double team and play zone defense. Each game I get called 3 or 4 times for playing zone and I just say to the ref - they're kids....they get out of position :)

We'll keep playing zone, we'll keep attacking the ball and we'll get back on the horse next week. Percocet and coaching don't mix. I still think we can win it all but we sucked from coach to ball player today - I didn't adjust and they didn't listen. We didn't play nearly as physical

I don't lose well....never have.

Kind of a funny...we had just gotten burned on a fast break. One of my kids slammed the ball up in the air - he was working his ass off and was mad. The ref brought him over and said coach would you like to talk to him - I said yes. Nice intensity keep up the hard play....but lets not slam the ball
