Thanks for posting that link. Just listened to the whole 38 min. Very good. Scary too. His comment on College was interesting. Always thought that was a bubble that will burst also. Spending exorbitant amounts for a degree with no real jobs available is absurd. Having a 10yr old son I am very interested in that issue.
