223.3 Up 2/10ths from last week. Which was a five pound drop. I have been in the 221 to 228 range for a month now. No more goodies of any kind for me. I use a 1/2 cup scoop for my fridged food. Will cut the number of scoops to two max, and eat only when hungry, to break through the 220 barrier I seem to have.

I really like the curried mixed veggies at Whole Foods. Bought a bag of frozen peas and carrots, plus curry and cumin powder. I will add that to my meal list.
