I read the other day that Softbank Ventures was trying to obtain additional capital from
pension funds, institutions, and wealthy individuals. Does anyone know what the
"wealthy individual" threshold is and how to make an investment in the VC if one meets
the criteria? Thanks.

LastShadow:

When you get back, I, for one, would be grateful for your time spent to post some "basic TA". What kind of set up should we use for a template in our "spreadsheet"?

Can you suggest a book on Chaikin Oscillator use?

And finally, could you walk me through the use of " stochastics to plot the 39 day K with a 3 day slowing, weighted". And setting the overbought/oversold indicator @50% ....... That is one of the tools that I hope to master. . . as the "small fortune" has been aluding me.

I'm sure there are many out there like me (some e mail me to say so) that find your work/input INVALUABLE. And they just don't post to ask the dumb questions that I seem so adept at.

By the way, I heeded your advice and gave up my "sweet tooth" for the junk stocks. (pennies) Thanks for setting me straight.

With much appreciation,
Jaytee
