ElM when the USA grows 2%, that's like NZ growing at 400% because of scale.

Brazil needs to grow a lot more than 6% to produce total value more than the USA increase in total value.

The USA spent more than NZ's GDP just on the inauguration and the number of people attending the event was about the sam es NZ's population. NZ is much more efficient. Helen Clark was turfed out and John Key popped around to advise the Governor General that John Key should be appointed Prime Minister. Drive back to parliament and hey presto, job's done.

The election was held and overnight, John Key became PM. Not even a delay of a couple of months. We can't afford a 10,000 person parade and umpteen balls and parties.
