Warren Buffet has lived in his modest home for 40 or more years. When asked by the interviewer didn't he want a larger more magnificent home he said, no, why should I do that when I am perfectly content here in this home.

Too bad most Americans did not feel that way. I can just see some of them waddling around in ten thousand sq.ft. mansions. Who needs all that room and who heats it all..
