Getting handouts from the government isn't capitalism. As for bonuses they often are not really rewards for good performance or intended to be such. They are often part of the expected, or even specifically contracted for, financial remuneration. A good argument can be made that these execs where overpaid. But using that are an argument that there is a horrible fault in the capitalist system, is like arguing for anarchy because some government program wasted a few million dollars.
