I look more and more at packaged items. But you have to read and read some of the labels to find out where the 'food' is

But even then you can't tell. I just read an article that says in America we each use the equivalent of 5 tablespoons - or 75 doses - of antibiotics a year. Most of this is used as a food additive to animals. Sooooooo, the eggs you buy at the store have antibiotics in them - something that doesn't show up on the package.
