post the wording or shut up.

He simply rescinded it, claiming the Policy was overly broad, just like Clinton did. You don't need to know the wording of the executive order rescinding it.

Perhaps it was, "I hereby order the Mexico City Policy rescinded". I have no idea the precise text of it, but it doesn't matter. What matters is the effect of it.

The effect of rescinding it, just as it was in '93, is that abortion can be promoted as a birth control method in foreign countries that receive foreign aid. That was the entire point of the Mexico City Policy, i.e., to stop taxpayer dollars from promoting abortion in foreign countries.

I'm as pro-choice as the next person. But I do not believe abortion should be used as a birth control method. If for no other reason, because the risk to the woman is much higher than simply using other contraceptive methods.

Abortion is NOT "family planning".
