Start now Maurice:Start working on the laws, and constitution of your new country called "Nirvana." Please create all fresh and original constitutional laws and rights for "Nirvana's" citizenry, no copying from other countries, as you have told us many times, they are all, not worth diddley . You can have "Tradable Citizenships " as main pillar for "Nirvana's " constitution. I am sure these people will be lining up by the score to enter "Nirvana" aneki.com and promise to be fair with them and give them priority, as they need a break, not having much luck with their country of birth...you will probably not have too many wanting to get into "Nirvana" from this group as your new country has not met the test of time, and they still, would consider themselves elite. aneki.com
