GG, I'd be happy to start in the poor countries as they'd have the most to gain and results would show up really fast.

But you'll find their ability to understand the idea is not as good as yours, so they wouldn't be in favour. That's why they are already poor = they are generally unable to understand what creates wealth and won't accept any attempts to create said wealth.

There needn't be just one Nirvana. Many countries could adopt the same constitution, or similar and that would be a good idea because community of interest matters. That's why the USA has many states instead of just one. Same for Oz, UK and many other countries which divide up into provinces and other political entities for self-government in various ways.

If they get together a vote and make me President, or maybe King [which would suit me more as I wouldn't want to get involved in day to day politics and decision making], I'd be happy to be their ruler. I'd do it for no pay, just expenses, so they could become really good for low cost.

I have already arranged for Globalstar to provide CDMA coverage to them - they just need a base station on the ground to provide a link to the PSTN. I have also arranged high quality mobile cyberspace via Qualcomm, so they could leap straight into the 21st century. Huawei could build a terrestrial network before Xmas.

Look how quickly Singapore went from a sweaty, dirty little poor country to a pre-eminent country way up the list and they only did things partly right.
