<<GG, I'd be happy to start in the poor countries as they'd have the most to gain and results would show up really fast. >>

Now Maurice, according to you no governments are up to your standards so why would you want to start with failed states...Write your own constitution and laws for Nirvana.Take the challenge and let rich and poor decide if they want to "buy in."...Come on ,do it right.

<<But you'll find their ability to understand the idea is not as good as yours, so they wouldn't be in favour. That's why they are already poor = they are generally unable to understand what creates wealth and won't accept any attempts to create said wealth. >>

It is simple Maurice, they are lined up millions deep trying to get into the US, and according to you, NO government can get anything right, so when you create that perfect country of "Nirvana" they would be willing to pony up many times their gdp of $600 for your Tradable Citizenship ...think of the revenue Nirvana would take in.
First,, all must see Maurice's perfect constitution and laws for "Nirvana"...get busy!
They all might need a job, and land when they arrive so keep that in mind too.

<<There needn't be just one Nirvana. Many countries could adopt the same constitution, or similar and that would be a good idea because community of interest matters. That's why the USA has many states instead of just one. Same for Oz, UK and many other countries which divide up into provinces and other political entities for self-government in various ways.>>

Stay on track Maurice, ounce again,it is continuous criticism from you for any and all governments.Create just one perfect constitution and laws to live under, i hunger for just one perfect Nirvana...i am saving my money...so get it right...remember no stealing from others constitutions..I would like to know how religion will be handled in Nirvana so take a minute and write that up too.

<<If they get together a vote and make me President, or maybe King [which would suit me more as I wouldn't want to get involved in day to day politics and decision making], I'd be happy to be their ruler. I'd do it for no pay, just expenses, so they could become really good for low cost. >>

I want to see how you do writing up constitution and laws and how religion is handled , before you become leader...a new name for the leader would be in order too as President , King or Prime Minister would bring back many bad memories to the new paying citizenry.Come up with a fresh new name for the leader's post..put that on your to do list.

<<I have already arranged for Globalstar to provide CDMA coverage to them - they just need a base station on the ground to provide a link to the PSTN. I have also arranged high quality mobile cyberspace via Qualcomm, so they could leap straight into the 21st century. Huawei could build a terrestrial network before Xmas. >>

Cross one off "perfect state Nirvana's " list. Who's paying and in what currency? nirvana bucks... how many to the yen??

<<Look how quickly Singapore went from a sweaty, dirty little poor country to a pre-eminent country way up the list and they only did things partly right.>>

Goodness me Maurice, slap those fingers and shock your mind...Singapore is doing something "partly right." ???No stealing from Singapore now, you can do better than that.
