Nam: Restricted shares are still registered, I belive. If shares weren't registered, then a company could sell stock till the cows came home, and no one would know how to determine EPS. I may be confussed on what you're asking so I won't address it anymore. In the case of SEXI, apparantly he did it, and consequently went to jail. Restricted stock cannot legaly be sold until the restrictions expire. I may be in over my head here, so if someone can clarify this more, please do so. Al

If they follow the law, that is true. There are BB companies that say one thing and do another, even in their filings. If caught they pay, but by then it is too late for the shareholders. Also, at one time it was mentioned that Morgan and Breton would not be running the new company, as ex-employees, would their shares still be restricted? I don't have the answers.

Nam., this is what I was referring to regarding the company officers. It is from the SEC filing. 1.5 Resignations of Present Directors and Executive Officers of Olympus. At Closing, the present directors and officers of Olympus shall resign, in seriatim, and designate the directors and officers of RMCW to serve in their place and stead, until the next respective annual meeting of the stockholders and board of directors of Olympus/RMIL, and until their respective successors shall be elected and qualified or until their respective prior resignations or terminations.
