Anyone know Japanese? Then please take a look at impress.co.jp posted by Investor A and translate it.

I saw one chart in English that said K7 will run faster than 500 MHz.

Investor A,
One of the K7's pictures show four important features:
A. Clock Speed in Excess of 500 MHz.
B. Advanced Bus Interface, "Alpha"" EV6 Bus Protocal.
C. Plan of Record Slot "A" Mechanically Identical to Intel's Slot 1.
D. Enabling Alternative Platforms for 1999 and beyond.

Intel will produce next generation CPUs in 2000 and I believe AMD will
produe K7s at minimum speed of 500 MHz before 1999. From now on, Intel
dosen't have any new technology edge to lead CPUs until 2000. What will happen to CPUs' market in three years? Can Intel sell higher price and higher speed of P II than AMD's K7? If answer is "No", I let everyone comment the future of both companies in three years. For the serious people of long term investment, I think this is a good question for them.

Best wishes

James
