It takes lots of testing to gain the knowledge required to build such a weapon. I think we would notice.

Your first claim "they'll all be dead" is absurd as you're trying so hard to show their enemies can't even build a weapon capable of killing everyone before Israel could respond.

Now, that is funny. They haven't shown any ability to build a regular implosion device, much less one with a radically aspherical core that is on the edge of cricality. Even then, a so-called suitcase bomb is not a tiny device.
