I appreciate all the info, but as I said in the previous post the new stimulus bill proposes to do away with the means testing for Medicaid health insurance coverage. In other words it would eliminate the 2 year period requirement before one could become eligible for Medicare. Medicaid is essentially broke now--I don't how this is going to help. We should at least argue about it. The worst person you could have in charge of fiscal policy is a Democrat from Wisconsin--head of the House Appropriations Committee.
