Planning to answer those questions or can we assume that you would like a 10-year, deep, worldwide depression to if it will discredit the the Dems?

Now we know your position, don't we?

VINTER;

My MAIN CONCERN here is that Obama and company is taking us down a social welfare path by dressing it up as a "stimulus" package.

You mean safety nets as we enter some of the scariest economic times in our history? That is NOT my greatest concern - mine is we polarize and nothing gets done.

Obama and democrats have every right to bring forth all the welfare plans they want - and to debate them and pass what the public finds acceptable. What democrats don't have a right to do in my mind is mess up an economic stimulus with this welfare crap. I don't care what kind of twisted logic some people use - family planning is not a stimulus to the economy. It is not making anything that we can use or we can sell.

And I am not your "BRO".

steve

You keep making this point without a lot of argument or evidence. How about reading the NYTimes editorial today, the one I posted, and then let's discuss your fears. It may be we simply disagree or it may be something else.
