Certainly not impulsive activity these past few months. However, it does remind me of the way things rang following the 1987 crash.





so they don't always portend doom. A key difference so far is that the 1987 crash levels were taken out fairly quickly by the market, whereas the UTY has not been able to break out of the range at all yet.
