A drunk, to put it mildly. He was in those last years in terminal, drinking virtually whenever awake, alcoholism
i personally feel he had Korsakoff's Syndrome, which to put bluntly, means in those last years he was utterly incompetent and just a prop the oligarchs kept alive to make it easy to rob Russia.Max
