my problem with gld or any "etf" is you dont have the gold- you have an electronic ledger claim to said commodity- one good emp or some other technicality and u have zip- get the gold! yeah i kno the yada about lg players needing a vehicle etc but it's all a sham much like this mkt- so if i have 100 shares of gld, how do i get my gold if i want to cash in?...ahhhhh, let's goto prospective, if i have 100k shares, how do i get my gold? u cant really, just buy the metal, that's allegedly what they do- this "mkt" is anything but- nicely designed fleecing machine any way u slice it- so umm no i'm not in the "mkt" in any way shape or form- i have my practice, my farms and some hard currncy....just a spectator these days.
