Peter, History is going to remember we had SURPLUSES when Bush came into office, but we had record deficits when he left.

And don't tell me it was because of 9/11, that's BS. From MY point of view, that makes Bush a resounding failure regardless of anything else.

Not that there IS anything else he could be proud of.
