Or if you argue it isn't, because currently the feds have things set up in a given way, so any other way isn't "reality". Then electric cars largely aren't reality either, since currently they play an insignificant role. Listen, some idiot was saying, I can't remember the exact words, that the DOE was the most God awful government agency ever created by mankind. I just kindly pointed out the many things that they were responsible for. And yes on a relative basis electric cars are not reality.
