To population inflows, encouraged by jobs and the prospect of raising families in a stable and economically viable environment. I suspect the Democrats are just throwing a bone to the voters because Pres Obama campaigned against NAFTA in the election. I doubt the protectionist measures will kept in the stimulus package, but ya never know.... If they are kept, I suspect you'll see the biggest response from Europe rather than Canada. Honour your obligations under WTO and NAFTA and we'll all get along fine.....
