"Strong President" means making correct decisions. That can be going forward or pulling back; going to war or avoiding war.

"Strong" doesn't just mean beating the crap out of another country.

You have so little faith in S. Koreans that you think they will be defeated by a dictator on his last legs who may be very sick? If true, we need to get out asap.
