When I open a can I slice the whole lump of meat with a cheese slicer. Makes for nice even pieces. Then I brown the slices under the broiler and freeze them in a zip lock bag. A few seconds in the nuke and they are ready to eat. Beats waiting for them to fry.

222.4 Up 6/10s of pound from last week. I knew I would be because I have had a solid stool all week. I drop weight when I have a loose one. Remember, we are 70% water.

Breaking 220 is turning into quite a battle. I am going to "portion control" more this week, and if I am not down next week I will do a one day fast mid-week to see if that breaks it.
