That explains the drop. But it's still too steep, unless the
street is worried that it could be a bigger drop than 10%. If
we believe the SPCT management, the company should have revenues
of about 42.5 million (average) the next two quarters. (For 1st half,
revenues were 45.3 + 48.2 = 93.5). 10% off of that is 84.5.
Now what EPS can we expect with that # given a 30% margin? It's
still above 50 cents per quarter, right? So, we'll have EPS
for the year at/above 2.25. Is this stock a buy at 27? I think
so.
