John you hit the nail on the head. If AMAT manufacturers Here, and sells there, to a great extent, that's NOT good for earnings. But if they manufacture There and sell other places, it could be positive!
Also, If only a small part of their sales is in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and any other place they are having currency problems or revaluaiton, then this is merely a big overreaction!
I do not own the stock, but am looking to get in, so, to all those on this thread, How much of their semi tools sales takes place in places which are having these problems??? Thank you all. Gary C.
