There has to be a reasonable partnership between business and government. The only way that can happen in a democracy is to have an informed electorate and that means education. The single best thing this nation could do, would be to spend billions of dollars to upgrade our educational system to make sure as Obama has said: "that no child that wants to go to school is denied that opportunity because of money". And we should have reasonable government grants and loan programs to provide whatever is necessary going all the way to the PHD level. 1/2 the kids in this country do not graduate from high school. That is unacceptable.
